They have a showroom. They came in and installed my floors. He cut the tile by my front door and to this day, I have cement marks all the way down the side of my house. He used a sharpie to mark where to cut the tile and I sharpie all over my floor. My back splash tile is crooked. The kitchen counters are okay. After it was installed, I called them and told them that my tile always looked dirty. It soaked up everything that I dropped. They said that they would send somebody out and then they would drop the ball. I would call them back and they never called me back. The second installer that came out was fabulous. He kept saying that he would get someone out and do some sealant and then I would not hear back. In January, he finally gets someone to come clean the tile. He used muriatic acid on my floors; it is used to etch concrete. My appliances had rusted anything stainless steel was completely ruined. We had to leave the house. This is some very deadly stuff. I would call them and they would not call me back. I contacted my insurance company; they will not do anything because it was poor workmanship. I called this company and they refused to give me their insurance information. They stopped taking my calls. After the attorneys, I have new appliances and the floor and back splash are still horrid. The fumes are finally out of my house and there has never been an apology. I would never use them again.
