+ -1 moreCalled last week to set up an appt. My apt was going to be on 7-22-13 between 3 and 4. At 3:41 the office girl called and stated he would not be able to make and can we come on Wednesday. I told her that no I have been home all day waiting for this appt. N o thank u.

+ -1 moreIt was such a relief to have them return my frantic phone call at 7:00 p.m. on a Thursday night. My laptop totally crashed during an email sending vital, time-sensitive documentation to a state agency. Joey returned my call within 20 minutes and arranged for the computer to be picked up at my house within an hour's time. I put a 'rush' order in, and he repaired it and had it ready for delivery the following afternoon. They even came to my work place to deliver the repaired laptop! Efficient, professional, courteous, and going above and beyond for my emergency, I cannot say enough good things about their service. It's such a relief to work with a company that is courteous, dependable, honest, and reasonable..
Description of Work: North Bay Computer Repair is amazing. They were able to diagnose, repair, and return my broken laptop within 24 hours of it crashing. The services performed were: picking up the laptop at my house within one hour of my phone call (at 7:00 p.m.), diagnosing and resetting two RAM chips, updating all my drivers, and returning my computer to my work place the next day. I did request and pay for a 'rush' order, and it was totally worth it. .
