Installation proceeded satisfactorily. When asked to give an estimate to replace and existing skylight in July 2009 Mr. Durand told me he was busy with a daughter's wedding but would get in touch on his return. He has never called as promised. I called again on the 5th of August, 2009, again asking that my call be returned. No return call.
Description of Work: Installed three solartubes and one solar exhaust fan.
