Description of Work: Dale Wheeler arrived on time and inspected our home furnace. I had informed Moore's that I would be in a meeting that day so would be unavailable to speak with him beyond showing him the heater. He spent at least an hour inspecting the furnace and was very nice and appeared to be very professional. After he left I found that for some unknown reason he had turned on a baseboard heater and left it on. He had turned off the home heater he was to inspect inside the inspection cover so I had to go in an turn it back on. The result was that I had to reset the entire heater which I did not realize until we wanted to turn the heater on later that evening when the temperature in our home fell well below its normal setting - this took about an hour. Mr. Wheeler found a number of things wrong with the heater and indicated that he would get back to me last week with an estimate of the costs, as of today - 5-16-13 I have not heard from him or Moore Heating.

Overall very satisfied!
Description of Work: Moore's was very responsive and punctual when our heater broke unexpectedly. Their assessment to the problem was quick, and following the delivery of the ordered part they fixed the heater the following business day. Would definitely call them again!

Description of Work: Moore installed a new gas furnace and ducting. They also had existing ducts in walls cleaned. The installed furnace had a defect that resulted in noise. Moore ordered new part and repaired the furnace without any other charges.They stood behind their product and work, which is a refreshing situation. Everything is working great now and I would definitely recommend Moore to others. .
