Very well. I wanted equipment that qualified for energy rebates, and the offered me what I needed without trying to sell me on more than I needed. They took care of energy conservation rebates and handled all the necessary paperwork and inspections. All work was efficient, professional and on schedule.

Everyone at this company is qualified and professional. It was a very pleasant experience working with them.

Technician arrived promptly as scheduled. He performed the inspection and even found a few unrelated items in the attic that needed to be repaired -- which he fixed at no extra cost. This type of service is why I became a Moore Gold Club member.

Ryan was very knowledgeable and explained the ins & outs on both units. Very happy with the appointment.

Technician was very professional and knowledgeable. Strapped my air conditioner down to its cement platform which should haw been done by the original installer. Very very pleased.

The people who work for Moore are so helpful and friendly. When I offered to pay the repairman the $79 for a call, he said, "You can get a coupon on line and save $59." So of course that's what I did. This is an honest, dependable and caring company. I'd give them an "A+"!

Nick was very professional and explained everything he was doing. I purchased my home 6 yrs ago and my A/C had never worked. I'd never had it serviced, so this was a very educational service call for me. Since the unit is 37 years old (I didn't know that!) I decided to have them send a design expert out to evaluate my home for a new A/C. Ryan came out and in the end we concluded a whole house fan would make more sense for me. Ryan was also extremely professional and great at explaining things.

Wonderful, from beginning to end. Jon Diamond came to our property and we discussed what we thought we needed and he suggested the appropriate system for our home. The work was done quickly and perfectly. We have had no problems with the system since it was installed. Recently, I was looking for a copy of the original permit and when I couldn't find it, I called Jon and asked if they might have a copy. They did and it was emailed to me the following day. That's great service!

For their regular maintenance I would give them an A. I might use them again in the future, but I might switch to another company if I buy a new heating and air conditioning system from another company as well.

We are looking to get our furnace and air conditioner replaced so I have been getting a lot of quotes from different companies at this point. It wasn't just the amount of Moore's estimate. It was that they tried to sell me on some equipment that I did not need and oversell me without giving me a lot of information about it. It would have been probably about $3-5,000 more buying their more expensive equipment that I did not need. After talking with other companies I felt that they were trying to take advantage of me by basically selling me things I don't need. I felt they were trying to use the fact that consumers are not as aware of or educated about their industry. I maybe do not trust them. Basically I felt they did not give me a sense that I could trust them, that they were overpriced and they were trying to take advantage of consumers.

It was amazing, from the first initial estimate to end of the installation was amazing. After we chose Moore to do our project they had a gentleman by the name of wade come out and do a pre-sight job walk, he designed all the plans for the installation crew that came out. On the installation days the office always had the courtesy to call before they arrived. Our installation crew was Dayton and Tommy, very hard working guys and very respectful guys toward our family and our home. They cleaned up every day, communicated with us throughout the process. Our neighbors were so impressed with the job they did they too have decided to use Moore for hvac and solar projects. Having a family owned local company perform this project was very important to us. They where not the cheapest bid we got, but we are very thankful we chose to invest with this company, we highly recommend using Moore hvac and solar, they are great!!!

I had previously had Moore install a new furnace so I was familiar with the company's work. The single thing that impressed me the most was the excellent communication with this company. The owner gave me his personal cell number and let me know I could call anytime with a concern. The installers did a god job of answering basic questions, however because I financed my installation I had to deal with office personnel who really were wonderful in assisting me in navigating the application maze. Moore took care of all the permitting process with the city and also the Net Metering agreement with PG&E so that I can receive credits for the solar power that my system generate but I do not use.

We contacted Moore's to do a furnace, dryer vent cleaning and air duct inspection after receiving a mailer for a special on this service. We knew that our furnace would need to be replaced because of its age, however Moore's didn't pressure us. The technician gave us the facts, showed me the issues with the furnace and explained energy efficiency possibilities with a new system. We asked to meet with a salesman to discuss our options. Eric Rosetti came to our house and showed us all of the options we had for replacing the furnace and air conditioning options. We were curious about solar, and Eric explained the available tax credits for solar as well as financing through CalFirst. Although the air conditioning and solar were outside of our original budget we felt very comfortable with the level of service and the reviews that we had found for Moore's and decided to proceed. Every interaction with Moore's was the best customer service I've ever experienced. I met at least 10 employees from the first visit through installation until the last follow up and each person was courteous, professional and friendly to work with. Curtis Moore (one of the owners) came out to do the walk through to determine what they would need and answer all of our questions prior to install and further explained their motto of 100% Right or 100% Free! It is very refreshing to work with a company that projects great values and customer service throughout their entire organization. The installation went without fail and finished one day early. The follow up appointments were easy to schedule and Moore's was there every step of the way with instructions on next steps with the city inspector, tax information and setting up PG&E with our solar panels. Any time I have a question all I have to do is call and they are responsive and happy to help. I wish more companies were like this.

It went extremely well. The workers were friendly and relatively quiet. They answered questions and kept the working areas clean. There were some latent issues getting the solar energy system to work, but the folks at Moore Heating stayed with it to the very end. The advertisement that drew us to Moore Heating stated that they had acquired a large inventory of furnaces and offered a new furnace at an attractive price. When the salesman came to our home, we got the impression that the ad was only a door-opener, as he put together a program that included the furnace, solar, ductwork, insulation and A/C. While the amount was somewhat staggering, the salesman showed how the project could be financed through California First, whereby the cost is amortized over 20 years and added to our property tax bill. With some reluctance, we decided to proceed, as the idea of having air conditioning was appealing. About the time the project was completed, the summer heat came on strong and we were so comfortable and thankful that we had the project done. The folks at Moore Heating were wonderful to work with and we would highly recommend them to anyone.

Online I was able to find a central heating system for our house at Home depot. Home Depot website connected me to our local installer, Moore Hvac. The technician came to our house and recommended several solutions including an energy efficient system that included solar power. The technican also helped us arrange for financing through the HERO program and helped us through a painless process. All appointments were set up efficiently and on time. We were always alerted of the next step and they coordinated the whole process for us.

It was amazing, first of all there two installers Dayton and tommy were outstanding, they kept us up to date each day of the project, they were very clean and thorough. From the office to the installers this was a very professionally done project, having a family owned company take care of my family was priceless. Yes we got other bids, some where higher some where lower, my wife and I are very thankful we chose these guys!

Working with Moore was outstanding. Their workman were professional and extremely courteous. There was great communication throughout the installation process. Any concerns that we had were addressed. We are very happy with our new system. I have had a lot of construction done to various home throughout my life. This company was one of the best that I have ever worked with. I would highly recommend without any reservation Moore to anyone needing heating, cooling or solar services.

After the inspection was performed they left me with an estimate in the thousands to fix everything. I had another company come out and do an inspection and they did the inspection, fixed all of the items that needed repair for less than $300.

First, I called another vendor on Angie's List, local address in San Rafael, and they said they could come out Tuesday (it was Thursday and my heat didn't work!). Call Moore, but didn't expect much because they are in Santa Rosa (40 min north). The scheduler was really friendly, and she saw that a technician was finishing up in my area. She explained pricing ($80 for visit and inspection) and service process, then asked how I heard about Moore. I told her I was a new member on Angie's List, and she said she would automatically honor the pricing on that list ($40 for visit and inspection), even though I didn't book it through the AL site. Sean was here 30 minutes later, and was as professional and personable and genuine as you could ever hope for. We talked through the issue, he mapped out a plan to fix it in steps, then worked independently while I continued to handle emails and conference calls for work. He was able to figure out the problem without any parts or repairs, and took a series of photos around the furnace showing test results. While most functions were within normal range, he pointed out some potential problems, but didn't try to sell anything right there on the spot. Great overall experience.... and my heat works again! I am so glad I am a part of Angie's List and so glad I used Moore H&A. Thanks for letting me share.

First off communications were fantastic! I was called a day before the appointment as a polite reminder. The day of the appointment I was called to let me know the technician was about 15 minutes out and would be here shortly. Jeff G arrived and asked several questions as to when the furnace was serviced last, how old was the unit., was it making any noises, where is the thermostat located and was the service call due to any issues I was having. The answer was there were no issues I was aware of, it was preventative getting ready to go into the winter. The unit was 10 years old and was serviced the year before last. The service went fine and actually took longer than I'd anticipated because he did so many more things than were done previously. He reviewed what my pressures were for the unit, one was in range of normal the other slightly higher than normal. Suggested a different type of filter, sealed a area where air was leaking out, tested & retested. When he was finished he told me about their gold service program but wasn't pushy or doing any hard sales job on me basically here is a program you may be interested in and here are other services we offer you should think about (duct cleaning) Jeff was personable and very professional. I would recommend Moore Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone as a value & great service.

The service inspection and subsequent installation of new parts did not take long and gave me confidence to use this company, if necessary, in the future.

The technician was extremely professional kind courteous punctual considerate all the things that you want for someone who's coming in your house and educated us on how we can take care of our equipment
