Description of Work: Moore performed an air-conditioning inspection and cleaning of the condenser. The company called when the tech was on the way, just at the outer edge of the 2-hour window. The rep explained his actions fully -- and even put plastic covers over his shoes when he entered the house. Well done!

Description of Work: Very professional & willing to work w my tight timelines. Replaced my heater & fixed/replaced some old ducts. I was really impressed by the supervisor who did my quote. It was more expensive than I originally thought, but I'd never bought new heater before. They explained everything, arrived on time, communicated well for scheduling & follow up tests. Definitely recommend them again!

Description of Work: They performed a complete check on my air conditioning system,which i havent used for over 3 years. Cleaned out compressor, replaced filter. The service man (i'm not át home, so don't have his name handy) was wonderful; he took me thru all the steps. Fantastic service, also great customer contact person on the phone. HIGHLY recommend, will use them for any/all ac heating needs.

I am sorry that you feel this way about our Evaluation. In most cases homeowners are absolutely thrilled with the level of Professionalize and Detail in which we perform for a $19 Tune Up. We look at your system like a Doctor looks at a patient. Trying to evaluate every faucet of the system in order to see anything that may be an issue in the future. How would you feel if we simply came and cleaned your unit and in two months you had to call us back because of an issue that could have been identified on the first visit? It has been my experience that homeowner are typically very unhappy if that is the case. They would much rather get all the info upfront which allows them to make educated decisions on how to budget and move forward. This is why we have trained our Employees to Diagnose and Recommend. We do not do hard sales or arm twisting. We simply provide options and try to make sure that you are fully educated to make the best decision for your home and your family. It hurts to see that you felt our Professionalism was a "C". If there is anything that we can do to make you happy I would be happy to help you personally. Description of Work: My furnace needed replacement and Moore did a fantastic job. The furnace was replaced in one day so I was not without heat during the night. I also had them install the A/C unit as well. I cannot say enough about their customer service. Above and beyond. All questions answered, no pressure just super great service.
