Description of Work: Had fall/winter switchover inspection of Heating unit. Gold Club annual membership is well worth the cost for expedited service and discounts on maintenance/parts. The technicians have all been very professional and courteous. Always take great care to not track dirt in the house (they wear disposable booties)and are more than willing to explain what they are doing as well as the operation of the systems they are servicing. They make recommendations but no high pressure sale tactics. Brad was this year's technician and he was great.
