They are excellent. They are wonderful. They're very responsive. They make reasonably good recommendations. They are good listeners. You should hire them.

It was expensive but it was done right. Good quality work, just beware of the pricing. Good communication.

It went very well. I was happy with the work. I signed up for a membership with them for a fee. They come out twice a year and make recommendations. To be honest I don't know exactly how much I paid for them. I got into this arrangement bout a year and a half ago, it seem like it was worth it. There was no problem with there responsiveness. They quoted a 2 hour window, then they called when their guy was 20 minutes away to give a heads up, so I appreciate that.

In the middle of a heat wave out A/C went out. Everyone we called were booked for two weeks. I checked Angie's List and found Moore's. They came out within 24 hours of my initial contact. JR was the technician and he worked hard to replace the parts that he thankfully had in his truck and got our unit working. We couldn't be happier with our experience. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

They do fine. They were responsive, they got here quickly. They were quick. The workers were pretty honest about what they were fixing and how much it was going to cost. There wasn’t really any deception in that regard. What they did well was troubleshooting the system. I signed a contract with them to do maintenance on an annual basis, they could contact me to schedule those rather than me contacting them. I used them because there was discount coupons and I’d seen a lot of good ratings on them. There was a discount through using Angie’s List.

My recommendations always sound the same: On time, on point, always professional and still mange to be "customer friendly." Price was more than fair.

Bianca was my service technician and she quickly diagnosed my not-insignificant air conditioning issue, explained it to me very clearly, and was able to repair it during the same visit. I appreciated the service so much I signed up for their Gold Membership.

Work started and completed on schedule. Still one follow up service to be performed. Won't know the quality of the furnace until winter comes so we can use. Today's temperature is 92.

The service was excellent. The people that came to do the work were also excellent. They were so professional. They went above and beyond when they left my garage in better shape than it was when they got here. I have used Moore Heating & Air Conditioning on a few occasions and will continue to use them. I recommend them highly.

The person that came out, found out what the problem was. It was actually a spiderweb that had gotten into some intake thing, that had blocked it. He cleaned it all out and it was a minimal charge and yay, it all worked out. I was extremely pleased because they found something that was stopping my service, but it was minor and they corrected. And I not knowing any better, they could have charged me quite a bit more for a part because I had no idea what the problem was, so I'm just really pleased. I seem to remember that it was really reasonable and I felt quite relieve. So I say, it must have been reasonable. I can't say what it was at this time. I don't recall feeling that I got gouged. The guy was really nice. I remember that much. I don't remember his name. I didn't write that.

Very well. Everything was explained in detail, all questions answered, very professional the whole way through. Estimate was competitive with others.

Great! Tech called before arriving. Asked me about any problems or concerns before starting. Upon finishing, the tech took the time to tell me what he did and made recommendations to keep my furnace running strong.

I felt intimidated into buying a part for my A/C I really didn't need. Advertising one price and raising it higher once he was there for just a check up.

Moore efficiently ordered a new part and replaced the bracket. Very simple, nice work. At the same time they did the inspection of the furnace (in our attic), found two problems and fixed them. The drain collecting water from the furnace had been damaged, and there was a error in installing the drain pipe in the attic. Some cost for these fixes but glad to have work done. We are members of Moore's "Club" so there was savings from that.

I highly recommend Moore Solar, Heating, Cooling. I have found the people at Moore consistently very knowledgable and service oriented. Krystal answered my call, was very helpful. I requested an appt. with Chris who had explained the high efficiency furnaces last summer. He came to my home to address my questions and then scheduled installation. Austin & Martin were skilled and terrific related to the installation of my new energy efficient furnace & thermostats!

Extensive report notes provided by Moore. Very knowledgeable help. Selling home so not replacing for long-term but if I were going to do that, would certainly consider Moore for the project. I have had them out to 2 different houses for a total of 4 service calls and every single one has been a great experience. Their fees were good value. They are very professional, knowledgeable and reliable. Can't ask for much more!

They did a good job. It was a great deal. The quality was fine. They came pretty quickly. One person came out to complete the service for me. He was fine. He gave us a very detailed analysis of our heating system.

They went above and beyond to make sure they were working properly; all without any additional cost. I experienced excellent communication and customer service from the office staff and the technicians. One call and all was taken care of. I will definitely have them back!
