Description of Work: Sean came out to do a "seasonal checkup" on my heating system. VERY thorough job and write up. System is very old but house not being kept long term - good solid advice on a few parts that could be replaced before cold season to keep it working well and great job taking before and after photo of motor he cleaned. He said it may never have been cleaned before (which I believe). Moore is always top notch - that is why I deal only with them. Great company, good solid people and excellent customer service.

Repairman was prompt and gave us the information we needed to go ahead with the repairs and turn the gas back on.
Description of Work: We had a broken wall gas heater cover and wanted to know if there was a concern for a gas leak and if we needed a new cover or if it could be fixed. The repairman checked the gas, turned it back on and repaired the cover.

Jason arrived within the time window and was pleasant and informative.He explained what he was doing and why. He also explained and offered his companies extended services in a simple and non-"Used Car Salesman"like manner. All the while he was actively doing what the visit was about. I felt the prices were fair and it looked like the work was done in a quality manner. As to whether I would recommend Moore Heating and Air Conditioning or not: I did sign up for a Service Contract. My HVAC system is 10 years old now, and it just made sense for me.
Description of Work: Reason for call: The fan on the cooling unit was not working properly.Outcome: Testing showed Fan OK and Capacitor "worn out".Results: Installed new Capacitor - everything working fine now.Plus: Ended up checking whole unit and pronouncing it Healthy.

The experience was really good overall. They were very knowledgeable about the service and really wanted to get me the best system that I could in the most cost-effective way. They were very polite during the installation and completed the job quickly. When we had the system inspected by the city, the inspector even told us that the installation was great and that he’s really starting to like this company since he’s seen great work done by them.
