He cleaned our furnace and recommended that we replace the entire furnace. We got a few other quotes and only one other company said that we needed to replace it. The other companies said it would be fine to leave it. He did a good job of cleaning it, but we feel like they got the big deal just so they could recommend more extensive work to be done.

It worked out great! It was a pretty minor issue for them to fix. I would recommend them. They did a pretty good job. They did what they said they'd do. They were very professional.

Called to see if I can make an appointment on the weekend. Was told it would cost much more to have the service done on the weekend. I found another vendor willing to come out on the weekend for more reasonable rate. Whoever answered the phone at Moore was friendly and courteous. I understand their rates and policies are what they are.

Everything went well. They inspected the appliances, explained the problems to me and were very punctual. They did what they said they were going to and took the time they said it would take. They cleaned up their mess and took care of all the issues. I am very satisfied.

They arrived on time, worked professionally to complete the job in two days. We were extremely well satisfied. The furnace hasn't been tested by us yet but the A/C has been wonderful and is very quiet. They came back last week and capped an old furnace vent we found (very old--not from the furnace they removed) and didn't charge a thing.

Service man came out to check my furnace. I got a very detailed checklist from him after he was done. He pointed out that some of my ceiling ducts needed to have better seals and that this would increase my heating efficiency. Overall, I would recommend and use this company again.

They were here for a two day project. It was an expensive project. They removed all of our own ducting and replaced it. Our house was built in 1954. They were excellent. I would highly recommend them. They were probably not the cheapest. We got a high end furnace. It has a respiratory filter. It was a good price for what we got. They were here to the minute on time. They had two people here all day long and on the third day, they had three people. I would never have known they were here. They were excellent. They were very careful. They were recommended to my husband. They were doing such a huge job, but they were so unobtrusive. We are going to use them again. We do not have air conditioning installed at this time. But, we will use them again in the Spring for air conditioning.

I paid $20 as a special offer through Angie's list to check out A/C. They came out quickly and checked out and serviced A/C and furnace. Discovered the system was unplugged under house where furnace was. Concluded this was done by large rodents as no one had been under house (to my knowledge). System worked fine after that. They offer a yearly service which I will take advantage. Would definitely use and recommend them in the future.

They called and setup appointment for 10 am to 12. Called about 10:20 am and said on the way. Arrived before 11 AM and performed service. Polite and wore shoe covers to protect carpet.

outstanding service with minimal disruption

Wow! Outstanding from beginning to end! Project manager was great and thorough, and the owners came out to the job site and met with me as well. The installation staff was truly professional, nice and thoughtful, mindful that I was recovering from surgery, only bothering me when significant questions had to be addressed. This is one of the best two companies that I have ever worked with in the past 25 years of home ownership in Sonoma County. Moore staff is effective from top to bottom, and they are very very customer oriented, on top of being technically skilled. I expected to be let down - given that my going-in expectations were high - yet they delivered on all their promises. Very customer oriented and honest.

Very prompt, professional and informative.

Installation was done after a review of the systems - heating and AC. Very professional technician. Answered our questions with knowledge. Even changed out our filter - which we provided. Offered us a monthly payment package which will have the firm come and check our system twice a year and which will give us a 10% discount on any parts.

I purchased a big deal from them and they stated that they do not service my area.

Good service but not competitive price wise

Had an appointment on Friday. I ask to be called when they were on the way so I could meet them at the property. They called said they were on there way and would be there about 11:30 a.m. My appt. was not until after 12:00 p.m. He was early and that was great. He inspected the thermostat and said that it needed to be replaced. So he installed a new thermostat. I was very happy with Barry Roberts service and with Moore Heating and Air Conditioning fast service.

, Replaced furnace and cleaned duct work, installed new thermostat and filters, installed new air exchange and ensured that all duct work was working and connected to vents. Replaced old water heater with a tankless one.

Simple service; it went fine.

Time delays at start from previous job but once he was here I had his full attention. He was very thorough and helpful in answering any questions clearly; options were always laid out when they were available.

From the very beginning, the experience was stress free and pleasant. The person who came for the initial estimate showed up right on time, he was polite, knowledgeable and professional. He listened to our concerns, examined our system, made recommendations and provided us with a number of options and price points and helped us make the best choice for our budget and purposes. The installers were punctual, professional, knowledgeable, courteous and most of all respectful of our home. We have a number of pets and I was very grateful that they respected their space as well. They kept the work area clean and never failed to make sure they did not bring any dirt indoors when they came in. They left the work areas in better condition than they found them! I really appreciated their attention to detail and overall care they took every step of the way. They took the time to explain each day what they were planning to do and always let me know what time to expect them the following day. I got exactly what I had hoped for and more! I will look forward to seeing them on a regular basis to maintain our new units and am confident that in the event that any problems arise, they will respond with the same care and professionalism they have shown during the new installation. I would highly recommend this company and will use them exclusively for all of my future HVAC needs.
