Amazing. I have had 10+ service providers come through Angie's List, these two Jason Murphy and his partner Ryan, were hands down the best, most professional service providers I have ever had. They were friendly, showed up on time, did a few little extra jobs (like tape a duct and light a pilot light) that they didn't have to. They explained my 30+ year old furnace to me and I now feel like I understand it. Their office dispatch is excellent and responsive too, best i have ever seen. Altogether I can't praise this vendor or these two particular workmen highly enough; truly excellent.

They did a very good job. They offer a money back guarantee so that is what sold me.

They called to let me know the technician would be early to the appointment. The technician ended up being an hour late to the appointment and acted like he was not late. They were supposed to notify me that if there was something wrong with the furnace they would have to turn it off. The technician tried to sell me a new heater and he did not even know what he was selling without pulling out his iPad to look it up. They offered to drop off a loner heater while my furnace was shut off. He said the loner heater would be at my home within 15 minutes and it did not show up until 3 hours later. My house is not insulation and the house was very cold while they had shut the furnace. Their pricing is double other companies I had looked into. The technician was pleasant enough but it was not a good experience.

Ryan was thorough and knowledgable and gave us two good suggestions for further improving the air quality in the house, and he showed us how this can be done rather simply. He was respectful inside the house and happy -- clearly he loves his work -- and helpful. I am also glad that he took his time to thoroughly check everything, including the pressure in all different areas, and the ducts inside the attic accesses and the returns in the crawl space; it was not like he was in a rush to just check the units themselves and be gone. This service check was part of our annual Club membership with Moore Heating & A/C, yet it was the first time Ryan had been out. He is yet another great team member in the Moore family. Thanks a lot. We are pleased again.

From Dale, the inspector and serviceman, to Barry, the supervisor who came to double check the furnace before concluding finally that it was cracked, to Steve, the foreman on the installation team, we were more than pleased. All the units just purred and made such a huge difference from what we'd had before. And the group of people working for Moore treat us like family -- they are so concerned and eager to help that it makes you feel quite comfortable that you've got a support and back-up should anything be needed. You can feel that they are doing for you what they would do for their own homes. There was more variation than was to be expected in the temperature range in our house after the installation, and they tried many different things to fix it with people coming out several times. Finally Curtis, the owner, came out and quickly determined exactly what was needed, and it required a bit of reworking. I was impressed that he didn't hesitate for a second to recommend that work and get it scheduled. After the work was done, the temperature range was much more balanced. (They didn't charge for this, as it was considered part of dialing in the installation.) We are very pleased and relieved to finally find a reliable heating and air-conditioning service company. We are glad they are always interested in improvement and education, and we plan to grow with them.

Ryan was my service professional. He was Excellent, and probably the reason why I purchased the service agreement for Moores, to do all my furnace repairs and maintenance. The technician (Dale Wheeler) knew what the problem was just by the symptons I told him about. He was very fast and gave me no pressure to pay for a part that I could not at this time afford. I would defiantly recommend Moore Heating & Air Conditioning especially Dale Wheeler to anyone who needs ANY work done on their heating or cooling needs.

I initially contacted them for an inspection on an eight year old furnace. They discovered a problem and I ended up replacing it, as it was not cost effective to repair a furnace with only three years left on the warranty. They took care of the permits and paperwork, arranged the financing, and got the new furnace installed within a few days, and disposed of the old one. I did have some problems with scheduling the follow up check. but things worked out before winter weather set in. There was one problem, and I downgraded them for it. They got my name wrong, and it was the wrong name that got put on the loan papers. It has caused me aggravation with the lender. It still irritates me when I call for service, etc., and they STILL call me by the wrong name. It's not a difficult name, and I think it is laziness or inattention to be addressed incorrectly. it bugs the ---- out of me.

Moore Heating and Air Conditioning cleans and maintains both our heating and air conditioning system. This includes cleaning all filters, testing both units for efficiency and repair or replacements of anything not found in working order. We have been using them for over a year now and love their service and would freely recommend them to everyone.

We initially called Moore to troubleshoot our very old furnace (which we knew was probably due for replacement.) The technician was very helpful and quoted us the repair for the old blower and even managed to get it running sufficiently while we waited the few days to install the new furnace. (We opted not to repair the blower.) The crew was, by far, the neatest construction crew I have ever had work on my home. I highly recommend them.

The estimator spent a considerable amount of time determining what our requirements.were. He gave us a bid that seemed very reasonable for the scope of work. The installers were professional, worked hard and worked and were able to figure out any installation challenges. They kept us aware of everything they were doing. The front office staff was very efficient and made sure that we received required permits and paper work on a timely basis. We are very pleased with Moore Heating & Air Conditioning.

They did a fine job. I have nothing bad to say about them. It went fine. They were prompt and courteous. He seemed to know his job. He answered a question or two for us. The price was good.

It was generally excellent. They're good. They do what they say. They did a good job. The people were conscientious. I wouldn't say that they're cheap. These people are professional. The lady who answers the phone seemed like the happiest person in the whole earth. The owner's cool. They're great. I got what I paid for.

Super duper awesome. Eric and Bianca showed up within the specified 2-hour window, and dispatch called ahead to let me know they were coming. I knew something was wrong with the system (not to mention, my house's utter lack of insulation on both ductwork and in the attic). It's been sad ever since we bought the house, but I couldn't be sure it was the unit or just not having anything properly insulated. I got the A/C system repaired on the spot, and full scope of work + quotes for upgrading a few other things, in order of how effective they would be. Exactly what I was hoping for, and then some.

The work turned out very well. They were punctual. I met three of their employees. They were fastidious, detail oriented and organized. I believe they knew what they were doing. Their prices were fair. They're in line with everybody else.

Professionalism and quality of work were excellent

We needed to make sure our heating and air conditioning units were in working order, as we plan to rent the house soon. The technician was very professional, and knew everything about the units. We weren't disappointed - it wasn't a truly difficult job this time, but I felt comfortable that if it was, Moore would be able to handle it!

Scheduling was fine. Communication was also fine. We have a noticed a more positive experience with energy consumption. Their prices were reasonable.

Work was done well. Got a good deal from Angies list. The price you pay is that they try and get you sign up for longterm maintenance service. I did not need a longterm maintenance plan at the time so consequently had to say "No" many times. Outside of the pushing of the contract all work was done well and professionally.
