Everything excellent from first contact all the way through. Far superior to other providers we interviewed. Everything was explained in detail and spelled out in contract. There were about 4 very nice employees installing the compressor. They ran into some problems, but were creative and solved them. Also, Correna is an excellant representitive, who is very knowledgeable about various systems. System works great. Cools the house fast, and the Day/Night unit is quiet also.

I received a discount for having work done off season. All parts and labor are covered for 10 years. If I have any issue they will be out to fix it in 24 hours or less. They installed the day after I called. They showed up on time finished on time and cleaned up when they were done.
