They're expensive

Never finished installation of electro!

My only real complaint is that at the time I met with the salesperson I was told that PGE would send me at rebate after the work was done, I do not feel now that that process was explained to me in detail. The work has been completed and no rebate appears to be in my future, other than that I am satisfied.

Very prompt in responding to my initial inquiry (Sunday no less) and salesman was terrific. Installation took 2 full days by a team that seemed professional and knowledgeable. I was shocked however by the fact that 2 men on the installation team smoked all day long. My property is rural with no fire hydrants - the prospect of fire is terrifying to me. At the end of the 2 days the system was installed but it took an additional technician coming out after the crew had left to get the system functional.

Was selling my apartment and wanted to service heater prior to listing. Moore provided great technicians who tried everything they could to reset and fix some mechanical issues. Provided lots of info and updates while they worked, showed me everything they were doing, where problems were, etc. In the end, the heater was too far gone and a whole replacement was recommended. Moore was able to schedule the replacement within a week. Whole project was completed in 4.5 hours and came in under their initial estimate. 10/10 would recommend them to all friends and family.

Very professional, thoroughly explained the problems with my old system and showed me what he was doing. Tried several different solutions to resolve the problem. We selected Moore to replace the system - work was scheduled quickly and the installation team was very professional.
