This Cpmpany, Moore Heating was very impressive, knowledgeable, and customer friendly. One owner comes to the house and explains every step of the way. He also measures the home because he wants to make sure of the correct size of unit for the home. Very Proffessional in the presentation. We were Very pleased. We can bearly hear the new heater turn on. Great Company.

They were great! I was very impressed. Marlo worked very hard to deal with a difficult situation at my home. I had ordered my own furnace ahead of time, and hired him to install it. When he arrived he was ready to get to work and it turned out that unbeknownst to me I had purchased the wrong furnace. YIKES! I had tenants moving into the property in just 3 days and I really needed the work done pronto. Marlo was a hero! He went to the store, purchased the right furnace for my house and got it installed at a great price within 24 hours! Couldn't have been happier!

Good work, professionally done. Lin Ward did an outstanding job of designing, describing and selling the project, and Jason and Steve did a great job with the installation. I definitely feel I chose the right contractor.

Jon at Moore Heating gave us the best service we have ever had. He was helpful, professional and had the best price to value by far. The installers were on time and since we work out of our home, they were respectful of our time and conditions. They left everything clean and tidy. We would absolutely call them again.

We met with Jon Diamond, one of the owners of Moore Heating & Air Conditioning. He discussed our options and gave us his recommendation for the type of system he felt would best fit our needs. He gave us a start and completion date for our project for the following week - complicated by the fact that we would have 22 people at our home for a party at the end of that week. His crew were there on time, completed the project early and left the property looking as though nothing had happened except for the two new heating systems installed. Perfect!

Follow-up was outstanding, quoted price was the price (no surprises), entire team was polite, professional, & respectful of our home. Arrived on time, daily job site clean up & debris removed. Absolutely outstanding job.

We did quite a bit of checking around and getting estimates before deciding to go with the Moore Heating & AC team. We were impressed by the thorough and professional installation plan and cost estimate we were given by Jon. He took everything into consideration- ie: most efficient layout, most cost-effective equipment suitable for out specific heating needs, etc. Jason and Steve, the installers, were skilled, personable and professional. They did any expert job, and cleaned up fastidiously! They capably answered questions and provided information about the system's operation. (And they were very sweet to our little dog!)

No Hassles. No Hidden Charges. Very Easy to Work with. This is the Contractor you want to hire. You know the problem with most contractors: You don't know what to ask for. Then the project starts. You see or remender something you didn't think about. You get charged an outrateous amount for an "after the fact" middle of hte project senario. These guys didn't do that. What was needed was done at the cost of the original estimate. I didn't need to be an expert at heating and air (which I'm not) and they didn't take advantage of my inexperience to get extra money during the project. I felt save in their integrity. These are the good guys.

Oh boy! What can I say about these people that hasn't already been said. They are VERY PROFESSIONAL, plus, they are also very gracious and nice. Sometimes, you can find someone that's very efficient, but has no people skills, and you can also find some that have people skills galore, but they don't do the work right. These guys have both. We are very, very happy with what they've done, and would recommend them to anyone. One more thing, my wife is a day sleeper, and they took great care to not disturb her as much as possible while she slept. Not too many people would do that.

These guys are as good as it gets. We had four estimates for our furnace replacement and duct improvement work. Jon Diamond's thoroughness, integrity, and communication was by far the best. The price was also very fair.

Then, the work of Curtis and his crew surpassed any of our expectations. They transformed a byzantine heating system into a perfect one. Curtis explained carefully everything they were doing and also educated us in how best to use the system. Importantly too, he was a joy to work with. And they also cleaned up every speck of debris from the work, as well as carefully removing and disposing of all of our old system.

If I could give them more than five stars, I would.
And, by the way, this was totally unsolicited. It's a pleasure to give Jon, Curtis, and the company a plug.

Morre HAC did an excellant job at the right price. I replaced my complete system including the furnance and AC unit. I received 4 bids. Moore was not the most expensive or the cheapest but sells quality products and takes the time to make sure the cusomer gets what they need and fully understands what will be a done and when. Simply states; Moore is honest, delivers on their promises and if you have a question or a problem they are there. Most importantly their attention to their customers continues after the sale.
