Every contact with the company from the owner to the installers was first class. An excellent company.

We wanted to replace the existing heating unit, housed in a hallway closet, with a combined heating/air conditioning system located in the attached garage. We obtained four estimates, and based on the level of detail (or not) of any inspection of the relevant areas of the house for ducting, etc., and the on-line reviews of the various contractors, we decided to go with Moore Heating & Air Conditioning (although their cost estimate was not the lowest). Wade and his coworkers removed the old system and installed the new one over a 4-day period. It was all very well organized, they cleaned up after working inside the house, and kept us informed of progress, what was being done and what was upcoming. Importantly, there were no nasty surprises. We are very pleased with the new and very quiet system and highly recommend Moore Heating & Air Conditioning.

Steve and Marcelus were the technicians/installers. hey were very professional, courteous, a pleasure to work with and cleaned up what little mess they made. I would highly recommend this company and these two technicians.

Great job cleaning, RJ took his foot covers every time he went in and out. he gave us a time for completion and was finished before the time.
