Had a consultation with Eric. He was very professional and honest.. and explained the business and history as well as the project ahead. Austin and Martine were our installers. They did a great job for us by relocating the new furnace in the attic along with new gas line and electric. They were respectful of our wood floors and covered them with protective cloths. They were great about calling before arrival and very easy to work with.

Came on time, knew what he was doing. The cost of inspecting the furnace + the cost of repairs can add up since the inspection cost is not waved if you have them repair your furnace.

I do believe the tech repaired the problem but later after finding out he blatantly lied to my face about another UNNEEDED very expensive repair I now question how well the initial repair was made.

The main crew who were assigned to this project included Ben, Jose, Tong, and others were very professional, courteous, respectful and on time.
