Clean, nice, trustworthy and their work was top of the line. We had a heating and air conditioning system installed (including duct work) in our 1940s house; we previously had a floor heater that came with the house (about 70 years old). Jon showed up for the estimate promptly and gave us an on-the-spot estimate. He thoroughly explained what was covered and how the work would be done. He gave us a package including references which I checked and received a very positive report from a previous customer. The installers arrived exactly on time. They were thorough, efficient, fast, and did a beautiful job removing our ancient furnace and installing a new wall unit. They cleaned up totally after themselves so well we didn't even need to sweep! The final bill was exactly the same as the estimate with no hidden costs or surprises. I love these guys.

The best of three estimates and Moore gave me 14 features spelled out in their estimate. NO one else did so. They included things like the permit, new electrical outlet, gas outlet and sealing the return vent and all the ceiling vents and they charged less than anyone else for the same product. Also, they included 10 years free labor and the first annual inspection. Great men, great work and so professional., We had just remodeled and they were very careful of everything and cleaned up after themselves. They were so nice and so easily dealt with. 10 stars if you had that rating.

they came on time, made a thorough quote, walked me through the quote, gave me an estimate of when they could deliver the furnace, confirmed the estimate, showed up right at 9:00, did everything they said they would do, and invoices what the were quoted.... I was bowled over by the quality of the installation, their efficiency, the cleanlyness of the operation and the price. they were the most professional team of service providers i have ever, ever encountered.
