The quality of work was wonderful and I truly feel like he has my best interest in mind and is willing to work around any of my concerns. He is knowledgeable, ethical, resourceful, honest, an excellent communicator and a true craftsman, who takes pride in his work. He was always on time. Mauricio and Antonio his laborer make a great team. Full disclosure, we did interview other contractors to the point of feeling discouraged until we met Mauricio. We are on his schedule for a kitchen remodel in October 2024 and looking forward to Mauricio working his magic once again.

It was not long before I recognized i hired an excellent craftsman. Spending 7 years in the trades after completing a carpenter apprenticeship my eyes were trained to assess attention to detail . Mauricio work is impeccable . From his prompt arrival in the morning to his end of day clean I found Mauricio friendly courteous and professional. His insight ideas and collaboration resulted in an excellent end product . My wife and I could not be happier . We were lucky to find him and so thrilled with his work instantly retained his services for 3 more projects. Mauricio has turned our home into a masterpiece- the only negative will be my disappointment when his work is complete, ill miss his welcoming smile .

Always on time, did an awesome job on the bathroom. Mauricio is truly a perfectionist, if he didnâ t like something he worked on it until he was satisfied. We had mold from a leak and he made sure it was all taken care of. Great job from him and his helper. Cleaned up their messes everyday and then hauled away all the junk. Will use him again when I do some more projects. Excellent work!! So happy with my new bathroom!!

Best ever: skilled, reliable, and within our budget. He built one deck from scratch, after removing concrete slab patio; and also rebuilt our older redwood deck, replacing only damaged boards; saved many $$! Has also done multiple indoor projects: plumbing, electrical, etc. Highly recommended!

I have used Mo for a variety of projects over the past several years, from Painting, electrical, plumbing, refinishing decks, and a general handyman chores. I find him to be professional, knowledgeable, competent, and timely. I find his rates very reasonable, and I highly recommend him.
