Jose's Landscaping and Mainenance

Jose is very professional and organized. He brought three other guys with him and they all worked very hard all day. He has shown up when he said he was going to and did the work that we had agreed to very well for the price we had agreed to. How much more could one ask? Also personally charming. The place looks way better!

He put in all kinds of new rocks, he got rid of dead brush that was in our yard, he trimmed trees, he just did about a gazillion things so it was pretty extensive and it was over a course of about 3 days. He helped a little bit in the sense that we wanted the ground covered and he gave me a suggestion for ground covering in a certain area of our property but mostly what we wanted to do was fill it with a lot of rock and he did everything that he said he was going to do. Of course the estimate was off but then what happened was when he came, he kept adding things to it and so it going to be big but I'm not saying that it was his fault. I think he is reasonable enough. In the end, it's a little bit sad because it just seemed like a little bit more than maybe what it should have been but they did do a good job in everything and so I can't really complain about it. It looks good in the end. He comes every 2 weeks and blows our leaves around and takes care of whatever work we need to have done but it's a seasonal thing because he's now not coming in the winter time but he does it probably 9 months out of a year. It's just a waste of time because it's just a matter of the leaves falling and so once they fall, the yard is going to look crappy for the rest of the season and so you just wait until spring to clean it out again.

He is very reasonable and does quality work. He's in demand and very good.
