Hello, I've never done a customer review before. This is a provider that wasn't listed but I felt that others needed to know of the exceptional services provided to my family by this Real Estate Broker. Joe, was extremely efficient and proactive in getting us from selling to sold. Kind of like a real estate quarterback if you will. He got the job done. He helped us avoid problems and got us the best price for the home. I wish that there was a grade higher than an A that I could give him for the job he did for us.

Joe is easy to work with. He was very flexible to accommodate my husband's and my schedules, and showed us homes on evenings and weekends. In some cases, he took us back to the same house three times just so we could be sure we were making good decisions. While he never told us what to do, he did provide a thorough education about the local residental real estate market, and particularly about current market conditions including foreclosed homes and "short sales". He was extraordinarily patient and happy to take us to as many homes as we wanted to see. As he got to know our preferences and priorities, he was able to help us focus in on homes that would meet our needs best. Once our offer was accepted, Joe continued to help out by recommending (and scheduling, and even meeting at the house) contractors to provide bids on work we wanted to have done. And he really went above and beyond the call of duty: we were scheduled to be out of town on the day we took possession of the house. Joe met the seller's agent at the house, completed the walk-through on our behalf, and when he discovered that the garage was filled with debris and trash that had been abandoned in the garage by the former homeowners, he made arrangements for a handyman to haul it all away.
