The service was consumer undfriendly. The product was good, though.

From the very first telephone contact to the initial measuring of the windows to the speedy and polite crew of installers, these people were outstanding. Prompt, courteous, efficient, thoughtful. They had some very difficult and heavy windows to handle and install and they had to do it from a pitched roof. They were meticulous in the handling of the windows and very cautious and careful to avoid damage to the glass or my house. The final product is so clean you cannot tell there is even glass in the opening. They were careful to clean up their mess and when they left you would not even know they had been here. I will use this company for all my glass needs in the future and will recommend them without hesitation or reservation. PLUS their price was several thousand dollars less than the other bid we got from another Santa Rosa glass company, and their staff was far more friendly and thorough and professional.

They replaced a window, installed a interior door with glass in it and also repaired a window. I have used them in the pass too. They do a good job. They are efficient and clean. They are fairly priced. 2 technicians did the work for me in October in about one day. It took them about 3 hours.
