Description of Work: We were having terrible color and cracking issues with our concrete pool and patio decking. We had a very large surface area to repair and traditional repouring repairs would have cost a fortune. IFIXConcrete came to us, evaluated the situation, suggested their terrific topcoat treatment, performed the work expertly and within the estimated timeframe, and the durability of their beautiful work is well beyond my expectations.

+ -1 moreWe had hoped the original concrete finish would remain attractive. However once dry, the color was bleak. We lived with it but were very unhappy. We heard about IFIXCONCRETE and met with the owner to see the variety of finishes and colors. The ideas he provided enabled us to feel confidant trying the presented solution. We were more than pleasantly surprised with the finished product and the time it took to get the job done. The patio looked great and has held up extremely well through time and washes. We absolutely recommend IFIXCONCRETE for anyone needing concrete work refinished to look appealing and be durable.|

Description of Work: Put colored sealer around pool and Patio area. Then returned after 2 years to clean and reseal.

+ -1 moreTony Merla produces a good product with his concrete overlay system but his customer service and follow-up maintenance are non-existent. At the time he completed my job he acknowledged that there were two areas that were chipped and he said he would be back "next week" to repair them. Unfortunately, I paid him in full and I haven't seen him since. That was 2 1/2 years ago. I have called repeatedly and he has told me he would call in a few days to make an appointment and he has never called. I did make phone contact with him several months ago as it is time for the area to be cleaned and re-sealed and he said that it's a small job and will be really expensive and he has not set an appointment with me. He does not return phone calls. I definitely would NOT recommend this company. There are other contractors in the Santa Rosa area who use the same products ( from Allied Building Products) and have better reputations.
Description of Work: Tony Merla and his laborers installed a decorative concrete textured top coat to my front entry walkway and entry steps. He did a good job of creating an attractive product. In the final day of installation he acknowledged that there were two areas that needed to be repaired and he said he would be back the next week to fix them. He never came back. Unfortunately I had paid in full on the good faith that he was a man of his word. He told me that I should call him for cleaning and re-sealing the product every two or three years to maintain it. I have called him and he has no follow-up just as he never returned to complete the needed repairs.

Description of Work: I had an epoxy coating put on over a bare concrete floor in my basement rooms as an alternative to tile or carpet , etc. This floor has been ugly bare for several years as I couldn't decide what to do with it. When I found this unique and creative alternative on the internet I went for it.
