We hired them to do a survey. It has been a horrible experience. It does not appear that they know how to so a survey. It has been 8 months and they did not do the survey but continue to send bills. We have already paid them 168% of their estimate and no survey, no status on when we will get the survey. Yet they are sending additional bills. Don't believe anything they say. They told us they were waiting on the county to review their input on the survey but the county has not had any contact with them in 6 months. The input that they had provided to the county had so many corrections if appeared that they had no idea on how to do the survey. The county responded promptly with what the need to get the survey done an there has been no follow-up with the county in 6 months.

This company tried to a Monument Recovery search. At first they said it would cost $200 or $300 hundred dollars just for this. They took a $550 dollar as a retainer. Went out with two people found nothing and requested $211 dollars more totaling $761.25. Which their work amounted to nothing but a big fat bill and nothing to support anything they did. Their service for a full survey is double that of other surveyors. I think they try to get as many people as they can on the job to make more money. Customer service was good - quality not so much.

Due to a large crack in my ceiling, I thought I might have a structural issue. Hogan Land Services was prompt in sending someone out to take a look at the issue. After a quick inspection of the attic and crawl space, they determined there were no structural issues. Therefore, there was no need for a structural engineer. Here we are a couple years later and doors are not lined up, the crack in the ceiling continues to get longer and wider, and more cracks in the ceiling and walls. Hogan Land Services was quick to reply to my concerns, giving more information on what could be causing the issues I'm experiencing and what route to take to alleviate the issues.

Did a thorough job. I hope it will be enough for the planning department!

Slot of communication electronically even before I was ready for work

My back neighbor had put numerous fences on my back boundary line. I asked Hogan Land Services to re establish the back boundary line. They said they could show the relationship of my neighbors fences to the re established boundary line. They successfully did that.

I was given different picture when I contacted them in the first place. I found later that I needed different approach I kept calling for the rep and left few messages, and finally I drove myself to their office and discussed my case, now I am having to pay them another bill for work which does not worth over 2000 dollars so in an essence I ended up just like when I started and whatever information I got from them I already knew to start with, so I have no idea what was the bills for!!! even after finding that it was different than

Geoff replied promptly to my inquiry and was available within a day per two to take a look at my project. He has been communicative as far as his progress on the drawings and what solutions he's coming up with to solve our challenges. So far our experience has been great.

Their services need to be explained better, so you understand what you are paying for.
