Description of Work: Although this company has a reputation for doing good work, beware. Mr. Fox comes on strong, full of confidence, and spreads fear with predictions of drastic problems in need of drastic solutions. However, predictions of widespread damage were only partially supported by extensive investigations by others. His reconstruction estimate came in at 3x that of another highly respected (and not inexpensive) company. Some portions of the work were 4x the cost of others to do the same thing. To illustrate some of his methods, he insisted on charging for his evaluation/estimate which included fees for mileage to/from the site and stores, costs for plastic gloves, vehicle and equipment depreciation, even a 15% "overhead" for his own time! Our real estate agent was shocked by his recommendations and fees. This company may do quality work, but it appears that they find much more of it to do than is necessary. Expensive overkill. I felt conned. Their services were not selected.
