Family First Service Plumbing

Couldn't have been happier with our service. We live out in the country, and we had a disposal leak AND an old reverse osmosis filter. Andy researched and found our old filtration system parts, and had our new disposal ready. In the end, everything was done professionally and on time. I could not recommend Family First any more highly!

Our experience with local contractors has been hit and miss at best. They want to be paid like professionals, but donâ t want to take the time to do the work professionally. Many times I have had to correct mistakes or argue with them about the quality of the work. The favorite saying is â that not the way we normally do itâ . So it was refreshing to work with Andy. He gave me what I believed to be a reasonable price for professional work. He even went the extra mile and helped me with getting rid of an old water softener. And cracked open the anode rod the first time for me at my request. If you have never tried to remove one, itâ s near impossible when the tank is installed if has not been cracked before. Maybe something he might add as a curtesy in the future.

Very professional, efficient, respectful and personable and thorough. Also explained the process in layman's terms.

The worker fixed the Toto toilet, installing all the factory replacement parts I supplied, and everything if fine now, a much better situation than having to get a whole new toilet. Also I probably could have done the job but if it did not work Id catch hell after, and Im not a plumber. As a plus he tightened the kitchen faucet which had become loose, spending a bit of time on it and not charging for it. Would recommend and use them again.

Andy came over to look at the water heater and told me what he would do and what needed to be done, it was 18 years old and out of code. He was here on time and did a great job and I liked him too. I would recommend Family First and would hire Andy again.

Andy was here when he said he would be. He explained everything in advance and did a beautiful job. We will definitely call Family 1st Service Plumbing if we have any Plumbing need.

Billed as quoted. Gave advice about others that could do work beyond his scope. Knew I would be moving in soon so checked all faucets and pipes and gave recommendations.

Work done as expected. No problems...
