I met them and reviewed the job. I agreed to leave a key so they could come back during the week and perform the work. It has been over three weeks and they still have not done the work. I called several times but they do not call back. You can only speak with them if they answer your call. They indicated they had been sick and had a death in the family and they would get to it on Monday, latest. I went to the house the next Friday and still no work was done and no phone calls. I decided to go with another plumber. I wasted two days off work to meet with them.

My call was returned promptly. He came the same day to look at the problem and returned the next day with a helper. Although he arrived late and should have called me, he did an excellent job and was polite and pleasant.

He was prompt and able to respond within an hour of my call. He took an hour to complete the work. He did a good job and was reasonably priced. The final bill was $10 less than estimated over the phone. There was a bit of difficulty in removing the old fitting. He did a better replacement making a soldered connection, instead of a compression fitting, using a brass screw on connector for the exterior valve. He came with an assistant at no extra charge. While not the neatest, they worked efficiently and competently and were cordial and professional. We were entirely satisfied with the contact and the result.
