Julio and his crew did an outstanding job. We are so pleased with the way our bathroom turned out! They were very patient (even repainted the bathroom when I did not like the first color I chose) and met our needs (temporarily installed toilet at the end of each work day so we could use it at night). They were the best!

Julio redid a bathroom and miscellaneous work at our rental last year. He did an excellent job. Unfortunately that was not the case when we hired him to replace siding, trim and paint our house. He wasnâ t there most of the time and left unskilled workers to do the job. He took short cuts and had to redo some of the work.which still isnâ t right. For example, the window trim boards donâ t meet up on one of the windows. Instead of sealing the cracks on the house and removing the dirt, he just painted over it. I also did not appreciate that when I asked him questions he laughed at me, but took my husband seriously. There are still problems with the job and I wish I had never hired him.

Julio is a person who knows how to get the job done. We put out bids to have the bathroom in our rental redone, and decided to accept his bid. He and his crew had the job done in about 2 weeks. They fixed the floor, put in new linoleum, a bathroom ceiling fan/vent and new tile around the bathtub. They also installed a roof ridge vent, along with three other roof vents. They took care of a few miscellaneous projects and cleaned up their mess. I was very pleased. I definitely plan on looking him up for future projects.
