I am a State-Certified Residential Appraiser with 20 years of experience serving all of Sonoma County. Having lived in the County almost 50 years I am familiar with neighborhood values and the nuances of appraising in more difficult areas. As well as working for the lending industry, I am experienced in valuations for Family Law including Trusts, Divorces and Retrospective Analysis.
