Description of Work: They repaired my drip system and added a few new outlets. |They showed up when they said they would and worked very efficiently. |I had to wait about a week before they could schedule me. That was better than my first attempt to contact a company that a neighbor recommended -- that contractor was so busy he wasn't taking on any new customers.

+ 0 moreRaymond and crew maintain our yard on a biweekly basis. We are very pleased with their work. They mow the lawn and keep the yard trim, plus offer suggestions on and quot;catch-upand quot; maintainence of specific plants and areas. We first used Diaz to clear our lot that had become overgrown with berries, junipers, and pampas grass. They did a very good job, clearing the area with machetes so there were almost no small berry vine pieces left behind. The price was very fair, and we've referred them to our neighbors. We highly recommend Diaz Landscape Maintenance.
Description of Work: Yard maintenance, lawn mowing. Also used Diaz for lot clearing.

+ 1 moreHis name is David Dias. I pay $90 a month. They are going to take out some red mulch in the back and put in fruit trees. They are going to do it in stages and it will be extra.
Description of Work: I use Dias Landscape Maintenance weekly. They come every Friday unless it rains to cut the lawn. They do weeding and they take care of taking off the little branches at the bottoms of trees. They also do lawn fertilization and treatment.
