Curoso Plumbing is fully licensed, bonded, insured, and owner /operated company with over 40 years in the plumbing industry, providing residential and commercial services. Owner and operator, Jim Curoso, learned everything he knows from his father, Jim Curoso Sr, who was introduced to plumbing in the Navy. Jim’s family has been serving customers in the North Bay for over 40 years. Being owner operated, they are able to provide high quality and fast service for an affordable price. One of the most important things Jim has learned from his father is how to provide excellent customer service -- arriving on time, being available to my customers, working hard to provide quality work, and a clean appearance and jobsite are just a few of these qualities Jim’s father instilled. Jim does his best to continue this tradition to this day. We know your time is valuable. Curoso Plumbing returns calls quickly and has a 24-hour answering service for emergency calls. Same day service for water heaters is available, and typically 2-hour windows are given for appointments. All work is fully guaranteed. Jim was very responsive, professional and the replacement of the old tank and installation of the new tankless took only 3 1/2 hours. I contacted three contractors, and the two not chosen cited problem after problem and quoted prices accordingly (one quoted a two day installation). Jim came in, assessed each situation and quickly solved the problems. His experience was obvious and there was no upselling or gamesmanship. I'm very happy with the results and recommend Curoso Plumbing for your water heater needs.

Compared to all the other quotes I got the price was amazing, but the most amazing part was that he actually showed up. He answered his phone when I called and returned calls to my messages. He's reliable and his team is great.

The service was great. Curoso plumbing came out and installed a new water heater. They came out the same day we called them and did it for a better pruce than the other companies we called. Jim was respectfull clean and did a super job. We will be calling him in the future if we have any other plumbing needs.
