+ -1 moreThe carpet installers arrived after regular working hours so I could be there to oversee the project. They removed all furniture down the hall to another room and scrubbed and dried the floor before they laid it. The workmen were personable, professional and took pride in their work. The carpet looks great.
Description of Work: Conklin Brothers installed carpeting in the upstairs master bedroom. The carpet was off white, medium shag and covered the whole room except for the walk in closets.

+ -1 moreThere were some complications caused by a few warped pieces of surface wood, so Conklin completely replaced a large section of flooring they had just put in without any questions, or over charges. The project took approximately three days to complete, and they did a good job. They did what we asked of them, and did not give us a hassle when we weren't satisfied with the initial work because they thought it should have been re-done as well. They are an honest group.
Description of Work: Conklin replaced a carpeted area in the living room with hardwood floors. The floor beneath the carpet was removed down to the support studs.
