Carl negotiated the time for the work to start and he and his helper arrived exactly as promised. On one part of the scheduled work, Carl's helper uncovered a bad connection in the outdoor AC wiring that was both a fire hazard and a waste of electricity. That was repaired and the job completed in less time than it would have taken for me to do it myself. Like about a day less (and I have done plenty of electrical work) .
