Description of Work: We had Brownie's do two jobs for us, one was cleaning and upgrading after we bought an old house (this included installing a chimney cap and doing some minor repairs), the second was cleaning it again before we rented the place out. Prompt, courteous, friendly, and thorough. Not cheap, but I believe, within industry norms.
