+ 1 moreWe live 24 miles away from and new home, so have lots of trust in Brad. He discussed at length with us our thoughts and plans for landscaping. The work is being done in stages and itre next our is planned. Brad is very courteous, punctual and knowledgeable.
Description of Work: Removed all trees and shrubs in front and back yards. Moval, weabeat works in back yard and sprayed with foward - removed rock and gravel from front yard and spread in back. Installed 10 eys shreaded redwood to bare front yard.

+ 1 moreWe are new to the area, and found the business here on Angie's list. Brad and his team are excellent, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We were very impressed when we first met Brad, and have continued to be the three times he has been here. His training as a horticulturalist is certainly helpful, and he has been willing to help us learn about the new plants and foliage - very different from our years on the east coast. He is also very kind and has a fun sense of adventure and humor - that goes a long way for our family. I would highly recommend him and his business. We look forward to getting to know him, and to having Brad's advice, care, and knowledge around for a long time.
Description of Work: Clean up of neglected yard, installation of new sprinkler timer and a few heads, and have hired the provider to do weekly gardening.

Description of Work: Brad came out and gave me an estimate for landscaping our front yard. He was on time and professional. He answered all my questions and gave me a bid to do the work. He also provided me with a price to do monthly maintenance which was a fair price.

+ 0 moreHe came out and did it over a week’s time starting with 29th of September. I have used that for 6 pairs. He did my yard on the 30th of September for a week. I think it was about $3400. He may have ask me when he came out, we talk, he is very up front with me, he said, he does not want me to take his ideas and represent a gardener. I said, I want somebody to rely on, so, we got that little contention all the way. We have chatted about stuff and promptly came back to me with a bill. And he gave me the date when he showed up and did the work and it went fine. He was very good. I would use him again and will recommend him. He brought in the bunch of dirt, chips, and all the plans we talked about. He did my backyard, sprinkler system, and I have to say the price was fine. I meant to go to the site and do it but I was just so busy. He did not teach me, showed up on time, professional and all of his workers were great. He was great, they were nice guys, and did a good job. They were really nice. I will use them again.
Description of Work: I used Brad Sayre Landscape Services for lawn irrigation and landscaping services. He came in and replanted my backyard and redid my back sprinkler system. He did the sprinkling system himself. He changed all the sprinkling, the main system over there. He dug it out because it was underground, he said there was a code, and we have to redo it. He put a reducer in because my sprinkler heads were popping off. Now, they were above the ground and behind the wall. He did that for himself. The rest of his team did the other work for the rest of the week.

+ 1 moreIt went very well from the first phone call. Brad was on time for the appointment we set up and we were plesantly surprised when he was able to start the work sooner than expected. Overall, a very positive experience.
Description of Work: Completely redid our front and back landscaping. House had not been lived in for a few years and landscaping had been allowed to grow randomly with no care. It was badly needed. Brad took out old plants and planted new plants and did a rock border. In the back they pulled out all the old ground cover and replaced many plants and put in new bark. It looks wonderful and they were timely and very professional. The people that worked for Brad were friendly and professional as well. They also completely redid our irrigation system which was badly damaged and installed a new system which complies with county codes. I would recommend Brad Sayres to anyone in need of this type of work
