The technician said the error code and presence of some bluish crystals inside the refrigerator indicated the problem was with the refrigerator, not the freezer. He said the evaporator coil, condenser motor and filter drier would have to be replaced, and freon would have to be added. We said, "Are you sure? You really can tell all that in just 10 minutes?" His cocky answer was all about how he'd repaired a thousand of these and he knew what he was doing. He said the parts would be covered by warranty but the labor would be $657.50 -- for a job that he estimated would take 90 to 120 minutes. After he left I called Asien to complain about the exorbitant labor rate. I was told labor charges were determined by the job, not by the hour, as if that somehow was supposed to make it okay to charge what would be somewhere from $328 to $438 an hour! But wait, it got better! A few days later Asien's service manager called to confirm we wanted to proceed with the repair. And then he said that more than $250 in additional parts would also be required. So, in total, the repair, including the initial service call, would cost $1,027! We smelled a rat. This just seemed like a racket. We called another repair service -- Bradley's in Petaluma. Their technician took his time with the diagnosis and came up with a very different conclusion. He said the error code indicated the problem was with the freezer, not the refrigerator. It indicated the freezer compressor was running too frequently. He opened up a panel and found that the compressor exhaust was covered with built up dirt and lint. He cleaned it and told us that probably was all that was needed. If not, the error code would return in a few days. Well, it hasn't. Bradley's charge was $147. Asien would have charged 7 times as much and, as it turns out, it would not even have fixed the problem! Be warned. Stay away from them. They're either incompetent, irresponsible or crooks.

My tenant called to say that the oven did not light properly and they smelled gas when trying to operate the oven. I called Asien's after asking a friend in real estate if they could refer me to a reliable company for help. Asien's responded quickly and handled my call professionally. I was very satisfied with their service.

It took 4 days for the whole transaction and 2 visits from the repairman.

They came out promptly. They were knowledgeable and took time to explain what was going on. The price of about $300 included the parts, and it was about average. I would definitely use them again in the future if necessary.

Asien's Appliance responded to my phone call quickly, came out the next day and checked out my dryer, for a noise in the panel. The service man fixed it. He was on time, friendly and went about his business focusing on his work. He did a great job, was professional, polite and honest. I would recommend them to anyone and I will use them again.

Asien's came out to fix my dryer because it wasn't heating up, so I think they put in a new thermostat. They did a good job, showed up on time, and are professional. The guy who came out was polite, and they have been in business for years, and have a good reputation. I've used them a lot, and will continue to do so. I have recommended them to other people because they are the best in the area.

The appliance technician arrived the day after the problem started occurring. He was punctual, arriving at 8:15am, per my request. The machine was dissembled and repaired in less than a half hour. He was courteous, professional, and cleaned up after himself. They have good service guys who know what they are doing.
