I happened to be away at the time she called but she held back the final payment for the job until I had an opportunity to inspect it. I was astounded!!!! The work was (of course) immaculate. The yard had been cleaned of all debris and there were absolutely no nails in the driveway or surrounding area. I had a great experience with ARS. A couple of neighbors and I all got together to find a contractor to replace our roofs at the same time. We hoped that when we pooled our work together we might get a discount. And that's exactly what we got, a volume discount for all of our jobs (5 different houses). Some of us decided to remove the old roofing and some of us had ARS strip down the roof before it put the new shingles on. They came out and started the job on time. They found a bit of dry rot on the roof as well as on the siding of the house. I worked with them to replace the dry rot. They came in on time with the re-roofing and just over budget due to the unknown dry rot that needed to be fixed.
