+ -1 moreGreat. They did all that they promised in the contract. The installer was knowledgable and precise; he made sure that everything was hooked up perfectly and went the extra mile to crawl under my house and check all the ducting to be sure it was intact, even though he did not have to do that since they were not installing a new air conditioner. He cleaned up after himself perfectly.

+ -1 moreAll went well. Please see above. You seem to want me to write more before submitting review. I've said all there is to say above. Haven't time for the great American novel right now.
Description of Work: Viewed rental house I own. Gave estimate for installation of GFA furnace (central heating). Discussed possible furnace place ments & need for didicated gas line (installed separately by plumber). Very helpful discussion. Thorough in exploring possibilities. Mr. Outen was both more engaged with the project & more reasonable in price than other bidders. All Weather Heating & Cooling/Mr. Outen had done similar work for me before at another site, and did excellent job. In the Berkeley house we replacced an inadequate gas wall heater with central heating. Furnace in attic space, return & ducts neatly cut into ceilling. I just needed to touch-up the paint after (and that's saying something, because the ceillings are lathe & plaster - not sheetrock). Mr. Outen had to enlarge the entry hatch in order to get the furnace into the attic, and this carpentry, done to code, was included in price. Passed inspection with flying colours. Job completed in 2 very long days by Mr. Outen & 1 assistant. Punctual. Cleaned up after self. Performed as promised. Installation of thermostat in living room wall included in job. I was surprised that, though wired in, thermostat also needs a battery 9included, but will need replacing eventually) - but apparently this is fairly standard these days. Tenants very happy with their comfortable house.
