Action Plumbing

My experience was fine. They have been good. They have been responsive and reasonably priced. So, I stuck with them. When I called them to arrange a visit for the installation, I told them what heater I had and I wanted to have the same heater, but they called twice to change the delivery man who is coming out to install it. When he came, he did not have the same heater, but I took it. It was a different one, but he said that it was a reliable heater. It was one that I had decided that I really did not want, but I accepted it. That was the only down grade. I have no reason to complain yet because it was just installed in so I will see what performance I would get. The quality of service was fine. I like the people and the installation. It was just a replacement of the existing set up which is all according to code. I do not have any complaints there.

The plumbing involved removing a water heater, drilling holes to the wall and getting it hooked to the gas more than actually pipe work. They installed vents through the roof. The actual work was five days, spread over a month or two. The workers were okay. They were a little bit hard to communicate with. The part that we liked the most was that they were located right next door to us. They did the work as expected and on time and on budget. It was pretty much on price for what they estimated. They relatively cheaper for what they did.

Dale is very efficient, personable, a pleasure to work with.

When he answered the phone, he knew exactly what I was talking about with a little trouble shooting. He was able to find the problem very quickly. It saved me money, because he was able to find out that it was the park's issue. They were able to come out immediately. I also like that they were family owned. They were fast an efficient. I truly appreciated their honesty and integrity. I was so pleased with their service.
