They did the job I expected them to do, at a reasonable price. Repaired the unit, and it's been working fine. They were very professional. I brought the unit to them, they serviced it very promptly, called me when it was done, and I went and picked it up. They provided very competent service. They are one of three service people who service the kind of tub I have, which happens to be a soft tub. They were competent, prompt with doing their service. Talked to me about what they had to do, and why. It was fine.

They stand by their products and they are very knowledgeable. Their prices are very fair. The people were wonderful and everybody was my friend. I would absolutely use them again.

They were on time and they were honest. They do a good job. I have used them before.

We would recommend them. It was under warranty. They were basically troubleshooting so that we wouldn’t have to empty the tub again and bring it up there. They were able to do that correctly over the phone. We were very pleased because we didn’t have to empty the tub and refill it and bring it up. He really knew what he was talking about. He knew the tubs, and he knew issues that some of them have. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. He asked us to try something and if that doesn’t work to call him back, and if it still doesn’t work to bring it up there. They called back very promptly. We would use them again in the future.
