 + -1 moreII initially called Roy to obtain a proposal for design and installation of fire sprinklers for my parents house, as their architect provided a proposal and I wanted a point of comparison. I also called him on the reccommendations from the previous reviewer. We did realize that the job was a little too far but Roy did answer all of my questions and gave me some pointers on what to look out for in terms of cost of design and installation, the design itself in coordinating with other consultants, and making sure during construction the job handled correctly. He was extremely helpful and professional during our conversation. Thanks Roy!

Description of Work: I was getting some misleading communications from my previous sprinkler contractor here in LA. They were trying to generate some extra work by telling me an inspection was overdue. I called Roy to confirm the info, not realizing he's in Ventura county. Even though he doesn't work in my area, he took the time to advise me, and saved me unnecessary expense. (The "inspection" was a recommendation from the trade association, not a city ordinance.) Great attitude, generous guy!
