VIDEO & AUDIO CENTER

We just bought a new big screen TV and they came out and installed it. They've done the whole home theater system for us over the years. They are very technically adapted. They are really up on new technology. They just have really good techs and they manage with complicated stuff and they do it all. We just call them, they come and it gets done. I don't know about repair work. I don't think we've had any experience with them repairing anything. Their customer service has been good. We've had some issues with equipment that's been faulty that they've got replaced for us. They are actually still working on a project trying to get us some money back on the TV we just replaced which was a constant issue. They are expensive, but they are good and it's a big deal. The one tech that they send is really good, but is always late. We would use them again in the future.

An appointment was originally scheduled for 8:00 A.M... I got a call at 7:45 advising me that the tech scheduled had called in sick and a second tech could be available at 3:00 P.M. He arrived, late. Thirty minutes and $150.00 later, he gave so very OK suggestions. After a week with no contact from Video & Audio Center, I went into the store and spoke with a representative to explain what I wanted along with a photo and dimensions of the equipment housing. I was contacted by Jason four days later and he advised me that he would speak with the installers to up date pricing. Two weeks later I get a call from Jason saying that he wanted to send another tech to do the same audit that was done already, Oh and by the way for another $150.00. The process has left me with a VERY bad taste in my mouth for Video & Audio Center.

In this world of annoying fast talk and superficial knowledge, V & A Center was a pleasure to do business with. Sy, the store manage, took care of the sale and installation.

THE STAFF WERE RATHER COURTEOUS AND INFORMATIVE REGARDING OPTIONS AVAILABLE WHEN USING THEIR COPYING SERVICES. THE TAPE WAS READY ON TIME AND AVAILABLE FOR PICK AS PROMISED. EXCELLENT QUALITY AND THE SERVICE PERSON DID EXACTLY AS REQUESTED.
