+ 2 moreEverything went great heres what happened - After I placed my order online I received a confirmation of our agreed day and time for the bed pick up and delivery. The night before Elizabeth from SOS confirmed with me. Then Wednesday the day of the delivery Chase the delivery driver texted me updates as he picked up the bed and as he was traveling to my house in Santa Monica. Chase and Ali were the delivery men from SOS. They were respectful and on time and very conscious to be careful as they delivered the bed up the elevator into my apartment. I've already told Susan my new neighbor to call SOS because she has some clothes to donate to their homelessSponsor.com program.
Description of Work: My name is Omar I just moved to Santa Monica from Northridge. I purchased a bed from IKEA and do not own a car or truck. I went online and found SOSdeliver. I hired SOS to pick up my IKEA bed and then also install it.
