+ -1 moreAfter numerous phone calls, e-mailing them a photo and Faxing them a copy of the NOT APPROVED - CORRECTION NOTICE, they made all kinds of promises for over 2 months. Never showed up when they said they would. Never returned my calls when they said they would. finally, the receptionist Kristen, the only one I was ever permitted to speak with, told me they would come out and look at it but there would be an $85 service call fee to look at the job they had done wrong! I finally paid another company to come out in install a new one properly and we were able to get our permit signed off.
Description of Work: They installed several Earthquake Shut Off Valves for us. The one they installed on our home was installed on the wrong side of the gas meter and was the wrong size. The City of LA Building Inspector gave us a correction notice and would not accept or pass our permit.
