Sara Demsky

At our first meeting, Sara laid out the buying and loan process and all of the numbers I needed to consider in owning and renting a property. She sent me to a mortgage broker to get pre-approved - I didn't even know you had to do that first! Over the next few months, Sara showed me several properties as soon as they came on the market. I really loved how Sara VERY QUICKLY responded to my calls and emails. The one I ended up putting an offer on was a short sale duplex at a great price. I was afraid there would be competition, but Sara got my offer in first! It was hard to wait for the bank approval, but Sara called the selling agent frequently and gave me updates. In the end, I got the duplex! Sara helped me find a contractor to do some renovations, and it's been rented ever since! NOTE: I put $0 in the spend category because as a buyer, I didn't pay commission. I would definitely use Sara Demsky again.
