+ -1 moreFreddie is a dream come true and can always be counted on to bring your vision to life. I've trusted Santa Monica Car Sound with every car I've owned over the last several years. It's a great feeling to know that you can depend on them for just about everything under the sun that's auto-related. For the Tesla, we did 30% tint all around with a 15% tint on the windshield. Break calipers were painted red to match Performance model, and emblems coated with black. A front fender was added to give the car a more sporty appeal. With the van, we tinted all windows and added a back up camera. I swing by whenever I have minor issues such as a door jam or loose AC panel. Freddie is the man, hands down! Thank you for everything.

+ -1 moreI called ahead. Freddie gave a price over the phone and said he could do it that afternoon. I brought the car in and they started working on it within 15 minutes. He said it would take two hours. I came back in two hours and the job was done. Parking is tight. The "showroom" is downscale. Prompt, competent work at a reasonable price.

+ -1 moreEasy, easy, easy. I called Santa Monica Car Sound and spoke with Freddie. Asked him if I could drop off my car at 9am that morning. I picked out the window tinting I liked. Freddie made a recommendation and I asked him how his recommended tint compared to what he used last time. The other tint on my other vehicle performed excellent so I don't doubt Freddie's advice. I told Freddie I would be back about 11:30am and he said, "no problem." I returned and my car was parked in back of the shop with beautifully tinted windows. I drove away very happy. Santa Monica Car Sound did an excellent job at a very reasonable price and delivered all the way around.
Description of Work: I'm a repeat customer at Santa Monica Car Sound for the simple reason that they do great work as expected. Even though the old location was better, when Freddie moved his shop he brought his great service with him! I called at 8am on Friday and asked if I could bring my new car in to have the windows tinted at 9am and have it ready by 11:30am. Freddie said, "no problem." And guess what, he delivered!!! The car was ready to go and waiting for me when I showed up at 11:30am and it looks perfect. Thanks for your help, Freddie! I'm a customer for life. My other vehicle did have a different tint used on the windows. Freddie recommending a different brand of tint for my second car. I have no reason to doubt his advice as the first car's tint has performed as expected (perfect).
