+ 3 moreThey were excellent to work with. Denise followed up every week for 1 month and she still occasionally comes by, calls or emails to make sure everything is doing okay. She gave directions to our gardener to be sure the property is being cared for properly. There was one aspect of the design that I was not completely pleased with and they changed that with ease. Denise is a good soul, she is so talented. She has a true skill to beautify the land and to make people happy. She provides true customer service. She was able to complete this entire project in 2 weeks. UPDATE 9/10/10- Everything still looks beautiful at this date, however repairs to the hardscape that were promised have not been completed as requested numerous times. The owner of the business takes the position that her subcontractor is responsible rather than herself.
Description of Work: They took out some old trees on two sides of our yard, including the roots. They hauled it all away. Amended the soil. The also widened the sidewalk. They relocated some plants. They installed irrigation in new areas and refreshed the existing irrigation system. They planted 9 bamboo trees along one wall. They also took care of transplanting, fertilizing, and mulching. They installed a trellis fence above a wall and planted beautiful vining plants. They did beautiful masonry work adding to the existing walkway. My mother is handicapped so Denise restructured the walkways to be wheelchair accessible. This enables my mother to have more independence and our property looks beautiful at the same time. They also raised the patio in a gradual way so that the backdoor is completely level with the patio. They painted it all. They just did it absolutely perfectly.
