Prodigy Moving & Storage

This was the second time our family used Prodigy moving services in the past year. We were so impressed in 2017 when they completed a flawless move with great energy and efficiency so it was a no brainer to call them again when we needed to relocate yet again. From start to finish Prodigy is reliable, reasonable and all about customer service. Ilya, our estimator, came out to our home and gave us great advice how to save money on our move with packing and staging our house for an efficient move out. He was direct and honest and truly cares about his customers. Our foreman Carlos showed up the day of the move at 8:30 am sharp. He and his team (Douglas, Francisco and Vladimir) worked quickly and efficiently to empty our house in less than 2 hours. The team was respectful of our property and took the time to wrap and protect everything. When unloading at our new home they were helpful in helping to place furniture and even kindly moved it around a bit when I wanted a different set up in our baby's room. They helped to load boxes into the cabinets of our garage, saving us so much time and energy! Even with all the extra work with the unload they finished in 3 hours! Making our total move time 5 hours start to finish! Meaning we came in under the estimated maximum price provided by Ilya, a savings our family really needed! Veronica followed up the following week with a kind phone call to make sure we had a great experience! Hoping we don't have to move again anytime soon but if we do, we will ONLY call Prodigy!
