Description of Work: Exterior house painting. George is very responsive. There were a few areas that needed clean up after the job was finished - it was handled right away.

Description of Work: We received a quote from George Parks Jr. for the exterior painting of our house. When I first spoke with George Parks, Jr. over the phone regarding his arrival to our home, he did not seem keen on giving me his name. This is the usual course when I ask for estimates. Introductions are important. People usually introduce themselves. When he arrived, Mr. Parks seemed very arrogant and never formally introduced himself again until I asked again. Mr. Parks did give a very fair quote for the house, but never took much time to really survey the house, as the other paint companies had. My other estimators circled around multiple times, took notes, and made drawings. Very meticulous which I appreciated. As for Mr. Parks, he really startled me as to his abrasive attitude when he came across another paint company representative who had arrived after Mr. Parks. This gentleman kindly asked if they knew each other since he seemed familiar. They do work in the same line of business. I felt Mr. Parks was extremely rude and unprofessional when he aggressively stated that it was none of the person's business. I did not appreciate this unprofessionalism and discourtesy. In the end, I gave the job to the gentleman who arrived after Mr. Parks. I was thrilled and impressed with this other paint company's meticulous and professional workmanship. Happy that I went with them instead. Courtesy and professionalism go a long way with a touch of humbleness in any line of business.

Description of Work: Prompt arrival, quality work. got the tear off, removal, and re-roof done in a day over a very low slope portion of my roof. Tongue and groove, with exterior plywood over, then torch-down rubber and roof coating sealant, plus metal around edges and chimney and merged it up with the sloped portion of the roof next to it.

Description of Work: George Parks did the roofing and also stucco repair and painting of exterior walls and trim. He did a great job, especially on the repair of the stucco. In some parts, there was extensive damage. He saved me money by repairing and painting the awnings so I wouldn't have to buy new ones.

Description of Work: Exterior painting plus repairs to existing eaves due to age.
