As a landlord, I love the tankless water heaters for many reasons, but they must be serviced correctly or you will have problems. I have a variety of tankless water heaters at two properties and Pandy Plumbing services all of them. I believe I found them due to one of the manufacturers recommending this company as an authorized service provider, and I'm glad I did! At one property, servicing the 3 individual tanks was on the list of upcoming maintenance when one of the tanks stopped working. Richard came out that day to fix it so the tenant would have hot water, and then returned the next morning with supplies to service all 3 units. He's knowledgable, responsive, reliable, does great work and their prices are very fair.

I'd been using Keith and Richard for repair of a chronically dysfunctional tankless water heater for nearly a year before finally replacing the unit. Throughout the course of the year, they've consistently been rapidly responsive and punctual. Interaction is always professional, with phone calls always returned within a day (usually significantly less). The services and repairs were all done in the time agreed upon and at the cost agreed upon, and all repairs were explained in detail. I intend to continue to work with them, and would highly recommend them.

Pandy's Plumbing is run by Keith Pandy who is the father and Richard Pandy is his son. They charged me about $250 for the last service. I adore them. The dad is the one who came and did the work for me. I have had them do a number of things and that's who I call first when I need a plumber. They have reasonable prices and they are nice people. It was hard to find somebody for installing my tankless water heater. I have a particular company's water heater and I finally called that company. They said that they were not supposed to recommend anybody, but they said that the guy they call was Keith Pandy. So, I called Keith and he installed my water heater. Then about 4 or 5 years later around Christmas, it was a stormy, rainy night when my electricity went off and I couldn't get hot water. So, I called Pandy's Plumbing and the son was over in Rancho Cucamonga. He then drove to my house in the rain and during the holidays. He got here at about 9 or 10 at night and got it up and running again. Then it went off again and so, he came back the next day to look at it again. He told me what I needed to do and what the problem was. Then I needed to have my tankless water heater cleaned, which I have known and he agreed to that as well. So, either him or his dad came and did that. They don't need me to be at home when they do that work since my water heater is outside. Then they leave me a bill in my mailbox. They are fabulous and they are my plumbers.
