Pacific Overhead Door

Our garage door broke and prevented us from accessing our car. I came across Coffey Overhead Doors on Angie's List and they were the most cost efficient and quickest responding company on the list. The receptionist was very polite and informative of the possible solution to my situation and called back in a timely manner with a same day appointment. I'm so glad I came across this company and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

They were very responsive about the garage springs and had those installed right away. It took a while for them to figure out if they could do the automated gate opener, but they did not want to commit to the project unless they were sure they could do it. The actual work only took a few hours, but they forgot to install the keypad entry. It took a couple of tries to schedule them to finish the job. In the end they delivered and and the gate works great.

I had a very good interaction with them. I spent about $950 on the job. They were very quick to respond to my call. They provided a good quote on the phone. They came out promptly and were on time. The people, who did the work, were pleasant. Everything was fine. They brought the proper tools and they had everything. They didn?t make a mess at all. They cleaned up everything very nicely. They examined my automatic car door opener. They were clean and courteous people. I will use them again in the future.

Everything went well. They did a good job.

The guy had to come back to bring the correct model, but it went fine.

They originally quoted me over 750.00, then came down to 600.00 under the assurance that this was a highly competitive price. I subsequently checked out this assertion, and found out that I could have gotten the job done for about half the price at other reputable firms, including one that Pacific recommended I get a bid from. I asked Pacific for a partial refund, and they refused. They also refused to accept a certified letter I sent them to lay out my complaint. I consider this behavior to be reprehensible. I cannot recommend this company.

Excellent. I live in a townhome complex and my neighbor was experiencing the exact same problem. She had a service company out the previous day and sadly, they sold her on an entire new motor at quite a cost. I had Pacific out the next day and all that was necessary was the system needed lubricating and a small adjustment had to be made to the tension strength. I feel so bad for my neighbor! Also, they work was done quickly and efficiently. I feel like the price was a great deal.

Robe arrived several hours after our call with estimate. He explained that the bowing of the door could be fixed with just a little tweaking, rather than a costly replacement. Work was done the next morning, quickly and efficiently. The adjustment of the door straightened it. Robe checked the remotes on our two cars, explained their simple operation and that was that.

They came promptly, fixed the problem, and explained everything.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD. THEY SEEMED TO BE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. I WAS PLEASED WITH THE WORK THAT THEY DID. THEY WERE ACCOMMODATING TO ME WHEN WE SET UP THE APPOINTMENT. I WAS SATISFIED OVERALL.

I WOULD SAY THEY'RE AN A BECAUSE THEY WERE MOSTLY ON TIME. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE ON DISPATCH AND WHEN I HAD A PROBLEM, THEY CAME AND FIXED IT.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THEM. THEY WEREN'T THE CHEAPEST, BUT THEY HAD THE BEST QUALITY FOR THE BEST PRICE. THEY ANSWERED ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS. THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING CLEARLY, AND THEY INSTALLED EVERYTHING PROPERLY.
